What is the 'Username'?
The username is either your mobile
phone number or email address that you used when you registered.
If you registered online this will be the email address
you used when registering. Remember, once
you have logged in, you can update all your personal details,
including your username.

The Password is what you use to log-in to the site and enables access to

Forgotten your Password?

How do I know how
many Cherry Red Credits I have got?
You can see how many Service Units
you have got from your personalised home page or from the
'My Wallet" section of your user area. If the number of
Cherry Red Credits are running low you can either buy blocks of Cherry Red Credits
manually or request for an "automatic top-up". The automatic
top-up will always ensure you have Cherry Red Credits in store, thus
ensuring you will always be able to access the site and
the services offered.

What is an eWallet?
The eWallet is a unique payment system,
using an encrypted, secure "electronic wallet" which stores
your credit card details upon registration. Each user is
allocated a unique Password number that is checked against the
registered user's mobile number and user ID before any purchase
is authorised.

How do I control my
account?
When you have logged in, you can
change any personal information and also any credit card
information yourself. Simply click on the links at the top
of the page. Note: Credit Card details are stored with 128-bit
encryption security. You are also able to control what services
you are subscribed to at any time, purchase Cherry Red Credits,
check subscription statuses, update login details and much
more.

your new address details and then click on the update button

You should not give others your username
and Password as this would allow them to use your Cherry Red Credits
and potentially make purchases on this site using your payment
details. These details are personal to you.
